GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION

Each group shall be given 10 minutes (10-15 slides) to present their research paper.

All presentations shall include the following:
2.1 brief introduction of the topic
a. authors’ main argument/objectives
b. rationale and significance
c. methodology used
2.2 summary of findings
2.3 conclusion(s) and recommendation(s)

The bell will be rung once to remind the presenters that they have 3 minutes left to end the presentation.

The bell will be rung twice to inform the presenter that their presentation has ended.
-
Question and answer will follow after the presentation.
GUIDELINES AND FORMAT FOR POSTER EXHIBIT
-
Poster Contents. The following must be included in the poster:
1.1 Abstract
1.2 Introduction/Background of the Study
1.2 Statement of the Problem
1.3 Methodology
1.4 Results and Discussion
1.5 Conclusion(s)
1.6 References

Poster Design
Design must be in accordance with the theme of the study upon the discretion of the researchers and their adviser(s).

Poster Text Format
-
The text format must be readable from a distance of 2 meters. Font size should be at least 20.
-
The recommended font types are the following: Arial, Bookman Old Style, Century Gothic, Tahoma and Verdana.

A border must separate the text from the margin (1 inch each: top, bottom, right and left).

Poster Materials
The presentation of the poster will make use of 3x5 ft size of tarpaulin canvas in portrait lay-out with holes
at each end.
